Husk & Harvest is an Australian-owned family business based in the Heathcote region of Central Victoria.
We’ve been producing award-winning and artisan-made walnut products for more than 15 years, bringing the natural goodness of this smart snack to farmers’ markets, independent retailers and health-conscious consumers everywhere.
From in-shell walnuts, natural kernel and raw cold-pressed walnut oil to our popular range of walnut snacks and ingredients, our products are made fresh on our property with minimum waste and maximum care.
